Activities
We will bring the research activity of IIS La Fe closer to society.
The aim of the different initiatives is to promote the dissemination of biomedical research in order to generate a favorable climate, understanding and improve the scientific culture of society.
By participating in THI activities, everyone wins. We want to involve society represented by different groups so that they have direct contact with research: patients, families, educators, students, social groups, and companies, as well as researchers themselves in their role as scientific disseminators.

European Researchers' Night
An open day that this year we celebrate on November 27th in a virtual way. The scientists and all the staff of IIS La Fe welcome you to our home. We will do some experiments to show you that science is everywhere, we will tell you about the projects we are working on and we will introduce you to the researchers who do the science of a hospital.

We want to connect non-university educational centers with researchers from IIS La Fe to take science out of the laboratory and talk about our work to students of Primary, ESO and Bachillerato.
International Day of Girls and Women in Science
The International Day of Women and Girls in Science is celebrated on February 11. It was proclaimed in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly to achieve access to and full and equal participation in science for women and girls and to achieve gender equality and empowerment of women and girls.
